Under Global Resorts (predecessor to Global Resorts) developed a land plan and feasibility for a 100-unit, new build timeshare project adjacent to the Scottsdale Princess Hotel in concert with Allen & Philp Architects. The Princess hotel was designed by Allen & Philp Architects.
Under Global Resorts, worked with Allen & Philp, on a golf-related timeshare facility at Grayhawk in linkage with a Four Seasons Hotel – did economic planning, marketing and sales plan, and development and overall project feasibility. Also created project feasibility/ economics and marketing plan for Four Seasons-Troon as a timeshare/hotel mixed-use.
Designed product and system plan for prestigious Boulders project as a mixed-use, high-end fractional development (25 units) in concert with company California/Colorado hotels. Prepared marketing and sales plan.

This was the first timeshare project approved in this municipality, and presaged, by virtue of its overwhelming success, an additional 260 Marriott units at this site, and a flow of competitive projects that caused the rapid emergence of timesharing in the general market area.

Paris
As VP of Design, Development, and Construction for Marriott Ownership Resorts , structured the creation of a château hotel/timeshare mixed-use facility at Marne la Vallée outside Paris in the Euro-Disney area. This involved work with a major French company (GTM) and entailed conversion of a 17th century historic Château and surmounting cultural and regional design issues. The timeshare was all new-build linked in design elements with the historic French village of Danmartin .

Worked with Arcadian Hotels ( UK ) in creating an historic hotel restoration of a 16th century Tuscany village with a restored hotel/upscale timeshare mixed-use application. Property was owned by the Borgia family for 500 years.

Mexico – Nayarit
Prepared preliminary Business Plan for launch of hotel mixed-use vacation community with condos, single family homes and varied upscale fractional products. This is a 700-acre oceanfront environment with ancillary golf and marina amenities included in the master plan. This project will have a flag hotel brand and be one of the largest, private stand-a-lone vacation projects in Mexico when fully developed. |
