Senior Vice President

Jack's extraordinary experience in the Resort and Hospitality Industry, specifically Sales and Marketing, is exceptional. His background includes a number of key Sales executive positions with some of the industry's most notable organizations.

Prior to joining Global Resorts, Inc. and for the previous three years, Jack was Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Corporate Broker for the 64-story Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. He established the marketing program to introduce prices averaging $1000 per square foot for the 1282 unit condo-hotel. He hired and trained the professional sales and support staff that achieved a sellout of all units prior to completion of the high rise building. He coordinated the sales and marketing effort that achieved total revenue exceeding $1.1 billion at final prices that averaged $1400 per square foot. During his tenure at Trump Las Vegas. he developed a Broker program that accepted referrals exceeding 90% of all sales.

Earlier, Jack was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lake Las Vegas Resort. His primary responsibilities during that four-year period was selling developer product, primarily custom homesites and golf villas. He was also the builder liaison manager as well as the broker in charge and realtor manager. At the time of his departure to join the Trump Organization, his team's efforts had achieved a total sellout.

Prior to joining Lake Las Vegas Resort, he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for American Nevada Corporation, where he managed the closeout of custom homesites in Grand Legacy and Green Valley Ranch Estates. His primary responsibility was the startup and sellout of custom homesites for Silver Canyon Partnership at Seven Hills. During his 4 years at American Nevada Corporation, he created and managed the custom homesite programs, as well as 2 Street Of Dreams, each of which hosted 50,000 people in a 6 week period, and very successful broker referral programs.

Jack has had similar management positions prior to his position at American Nevada Corporation, which included service at the Melrose Company in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and Aspen, Colorado; Seabrook Island in Charleston, South Carolina and was a Regional Vice President for Fairfield Communities in Atlanta, Georgia and Little Rock, Arkansas.

Jack received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Virginia Military Institute and attended graduate school at the University of Bridgeport.
